Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with MIG Gaming. Here's how we get your order to you.
1. Where we ship.
We currently ship within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Local pickup.
You can choose free local pickup at checkout and collect your order from our store: No. 2/6, 2nd Floor, Perumal Nagar, Thiruvalluvar Salai, Mogappair East, Chennai – 600037. We'll notify you when your order is ready. Please carry a valid photo ID and your order confirmation.
3. Order processing.
In-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Custom/made-to-order PC builds require assembly and testing and typically take 5–10 business days to dispatch, depending on configuration and component availability; we'll keep you updated. Business days are Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays.
4. Delivery timeframes.
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote or non-metro pin codes may take longer. Timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
5. Shipping partners & fragile items.
We use reputable courier and logistics partners. Heavy or fragile items (such as complete PCs, cabinets, and cockpits) may ship via specialist freight and are carefully packaged for safe transit.
6. Tracking.
After dispatch, you'll receive a tracking number by email and/or SMS. If you don't receive tracking details within a reasonable time, contact support@miggaming.com
7. Accurate address details.
Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and phone number are complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information. Re-shipping charges may apply for parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts.
8. Delivery inspection.
Please inspect your parcel on arrival. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, note it with the delivery agent where possible and report it to us within 48 hours per our Return & Replacement Policy.
9. Shipping charges.
Applicable shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout before payment. Some products or order values may qualify for free or subsidised shipping.
10. Delays.
Delivery may occasionally be affected by weather, courier disruptions, or other events beyond our control. If your order is delayed, we'll keep you informed.
